PROCON is the biennial professional conference for JCC directors and staff, held every two years. PROCON 2026 is hosted by the Michael-Ann Russell JCC in North Miami Beach, FL.
For three days, JCC professionals — directors, program staff, HR, marketing, membership, and more — come together to share strategy, build relationships, and shape the future of Jewish communal life.
